The property

A registered tourist rental operated by SCI du Lion, 460 rue Louis Pasteur, 34790 Grabels, France, registration number 84054 000875 EW. The property is at 740 D chemin de la Brignane, 84800 L Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.

Booking and payment

A deposit of 50% of the total is due at the time of booking. The booking becomes firm and final once this deposit is received and the owner has confirmed in writing. The balance is payable at the latest eight weeks before the arrival date. For any booking made less than eight weeks before arrival, the full amount is settled in one payment.

Price, cleaning and tourist tax

The end-of-stay cleaning fee is €80 per stay. The tourist tax is not included in the rental price: it is calculated per person and per night, at the official rate in force in the commune of L Isle-sur-la-Sorgue at the time of the stay. No security deposit is required.

Cancellation by the guest

More than eight weeks before arrival, everything already paid is refunded in full. Less than eight weeks before arrival, the deposit is retained by the owner and the balance remains due, except in cases of force majeure. In the event of a no-show or an early departure, no refund is made.

No right of withdrawal

Under article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, a booking for accommodation covering a set period does not carry the statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Capacity, pets, arrival and departure

The property takes two adults at most and is not suited to young children. Pets are not allowed, unless agreed in writing beforehand. Arrival is between 4pm and 7pm, departure before 10am.

Complaints and mediation

Any complaint should be raised during the stay, then in writing to the owner. If no solution is found, a consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris. These terms are governed by French law.
